Services
Need to get organised?
When I help you get organised, I start by understanding your unique needs and lifestyle, recognising that organisation is not a one-size-fits-all process.
I break down the tasks into smaller, more manageable segments, focusing on one area or system at a time. This prevents overwhelm and allows for steady, achievable progress that builds confidence and momentum.
I will help develop a personalised organising system that fits in with your daily routine and lifestyle. This might involve creating intuitive storage solutions, establishing logical homes for frequently used items, and designing workflows that feel easy to maintain.
I focus on creating sustainable organising solutions that can be easily maintained over time. This includes teaching simple habits, introducing practical tools like labels and storage containers, and helping you develop a mindset that values ongoing organisation as a form of self-care and efficiency.
Professional Organising
Overwhelmed by clutter?
When I help someone declutter, I will create a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere to make you feel comfortable during the process.
I break down the overwhelming task of decluttering into small, manageable steps, which helps prevent you from feeling overwhelmed by the magnitude of the project. By focusing on one drawer, shelf, or small section at a time, we can make steady progress without becoming discouraged.
I help you develop a practical decision-making framework for sorting items, typically using categories like ‘keep,’ ‘donate,’ ‘sell,’ and ‘dispose.’ I offer gentle guidance that helps you evaluate the true value and utility of each item you're considering.
Throughout the process, I remain patient and offer emotional support, I understand that letting go of possessions can trigger complex feelings of attachment, nostalgia, or anxiety. I am a compassionate listener and a practical helper who keeps the decluttering process moving forward.
Decluttering
Moving house or downsizing?
When I help someone pack for a move, I start by creating a systematic approach that reduces stress and prevents chaos.
I pack room by room, focusing on one space at a time to maintain order. This approach allows us to pack systematically, labelling each box clearly with its contents and the room it belongs in, making unpacking much easier at its new location.
Throughout the packing process, I can help you declutter simultaneously, encouraging you to donate or discard items no longer needed. This reduces the volume of items to be packed and helps with a fresh start in your new home.
I can create a detailed inventory system, keeping a master list of what's in each box and maintaining a numbering system that corresponds with the labels. This not only helps during the move but also provides peace of mind and makes insurance claims easier if anything is lost or damaged during transit.

FAQs
-
Sometimes it’s easier for you to be present, but I understand that's not always possible. I am happy to project manage in your absence but we both need to ensure a clear brief beforehand.
-
Absolutely not. I approach every project with compassion, understanding, and zero judgment. My goal is to support you in creating a space that makes you feel comfortable and empowered.
-
It’s sometimes tricky to give you an exact answer, but I will try and gather as much information from you about the project beforehand. A typical room can take 3-6 hours depending on the size of the space, the amount of clutter and the complexity of the organising system.
-
I will separate any items for donating, selling or disposing as we go along. I am happy to take a car full of clothes to a charity drop off point, but all other items will be down to you to dispose off.
-
Having donation boxes ready will be really helpful. I will bring some black bags and my labelling machine. Be ready to make decisions and clear your schedule if you are staying with me throughout the process.

I love all animals so I’m happy for them to be there. I only ask that on the rare occasion you have a pet snake, please let me know as I have a phobia of them.
